Our servers are protected by state-of-the-art technology. IP addresses, usernames and login attempts may be logged in order to detect any malicious activity, and are retained for 60 days.

7. Procedures in the event of a data breach

In the event of a data breach, automatic alerts are triggered and those affected would be notified by email as soon as possible.

8. Automated marketing

We may send you promotional emails about our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

9. Who has access to your data

Only directors and managers have access to order details and the necessary customer information (name, address, email, billing details). Under no circumstances do they have access to your bank details.

10. Sharing with third parties

To operate, our website uses third-party service providers: the secure payment gateways Stripe and PayPal, the Google reCAPTCHA anti-spam service, and Google Analytics for audience measurement (enabled only if you accept cookies). We invite you to consult their respective privacy policies.

11. Payments

Online payments are encrypted and secure. Under no circumstances do we collect your credit card details : they are sent directly to the bank in encrypted form.

12. Newsletter

If you subscribe, we will collect your email address, surname and first name so that we can send you our newsletters, and we may track the number of times they are opened and clicked on. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
