When placing an order, we collect: name, postal address, possibly company name, email address, and phone number. Refusing to provide this data may prevent the use of our services.

Technical data is also collected automatically (IP address, browser type, access time) for internal statistics and service improvement.

No information about you is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

A temporary cookie is deleted when the browser is closed. Login cookies retain your preferences (standard duration of 2 days, 2 weeks if the "Remember me" option is checked) and some display options are retained for about a year. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies.

We collect the IP address, operating system, pages visited, and the date, time, and location of connection to improve service, personalise your experience, track orders, and compile statistics.

This audience measurement is internal: the pages viewed, IP address, device type, and language are recorded on our own servers, without being transmitted to a third party or used for advertising purposes. They help us understand site usage and respond more effectively to your requests. These records are kept for 30 days and then automatically deleted, with access restricted to site administrators.

Profile data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact form.

Your information is stored for administrative, legal or security purposes only. Under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties.

6. Additional information

Our servers are protected by current technologies. IP addresses, identifiers, and login attempts may be logged to detect any malicious activity and are retained for 60 days.

In case of a data breach, automatic alerts are triggered and affected individuals would be notified by email as soon as possible.

8. Automated marketing

We may send you promotional emails regarding our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

9. Who has access to your data

Only administrators and managers have access to order content and necessary customer information (name, address, email, billing). Under no circumstances do they have access to your banking details.

10. Sharing with third parties

To operate, our site uses third-party providers: secure payment gateways Stripe and PayPal, the anti-spam service Google reCAPTCHA, as well as Google Analytics for audience measurement (enabled only if you accept cookies). We invite you to review their respective privacy policies.

11. Payments

Online payments are encrypted and secure. Under no circumstances do we collect your card information : they are transmitted directly to the bank in an encrypted manner.

12. Newsletter

If you subscribe, we collect your email address, first name, and last name for sending our newsletters, and we can track opens and clicks. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
