Returns and refunds policy

1. Return conditions

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to make a return. The product must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents. A proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are excluded from the right of return: electrical parts, custom-made products or those specifically ordered at your request.

2. Return procedure

Contact our service via contact form by providing your order number and the reason for the return. Upon acceptance, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. The product is shipped at your expense; we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

3. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the return. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable. A product deemed non-compliant with return conditions may be refused.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted in case of our error or if a defective item is found upon receipt. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Photos will be requested for validation.
