Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all transactions made on the retropieces-26.fr site. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of car parts.

  • Availability: Stock is regularly updated, but in case of unavailability after order, the customer will be informed and can request a refund or exchange.

4. Order

  • Any order placed on retropieces-26.fr implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The customer must verify the information provided before confirming their order.
  • An order confirmation will be sent by email after validation.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal.
  • The order is shipped after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery in mainland France and certain EU countries.
  • Average time: 1 to 6 working days depending on the chosen delivery method.
  • The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days after receipt to return a product.
  • The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a seller error.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Warranty and after-sales service

  • Products benefit from a legal warranty of 2 years against defects in conformity.
  • Some parts may be guaranteed by the manufacturer (details provided on the product page).
  • In case of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service with photos of the defect.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect use of parts, or incompatibility with the customer's vehicle.

  • They will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Customers can request the modification or deletion of their data by contacting customer service.

11. Disputes and applicable law

  • In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
  • In the absence of an agreement, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • These GTCS are subject to French law.
